A workplace with impact
We enjoy working every day from our office in Apeldoorn, a place where technology and sustainability visibly come together. Here you can read more about the construction of this office, which stands out thanks to its green façades, abundant natural light, and a generous inner garden. The design was met with immediate enthusiasm from the municipality, planning authorities, and local residents.
Our office has achieved an ‘Excellent’ rating under BREEAM‑NL, an exceptional level for this region. This is is reflected in every detail: from sedum roofs and solar panels to efficient installations and smart use of materials. “That achievement aligns perfectly with how we at MCX look toward the future,” says Johan van Veen. “Sustainability has been part of the way we work for years, from remote working and electric driving to a strong focus on mobility, with extensive bicycle facilities, showers, and a location close to the railway station.” The result is an inspiring workplace where creativity, collaboration, and technology reinforce one another, and without a doubt an environment where colleagues enjoy coming together.
