An important part of this reliability is the use of an integrated management system that ensures that the service provision is always at a higher level. In this management system, various sub-areas of the services are checked and an audit is carried out several times a year by internal and external parties. It includes the following standards and frameworks:
- ISO 9001 (quality)
- ISO 14001 (environment)
- ISO 20000 (service management)
- ISO 22301 (business continuity)
- ISO 27001 / NEN 7510 / PCI-DSS / SOC2 (information security)
- CSR (corporate social responsibility)
The external audits for the ISO standards took place again at the beginning of December. These audits were part of the recertification of the existing standards and also a certification for a new standard, ISO 22301. MCX was able to successfully complete all audits so that we can use these certificates again for the coming years. We are of course proud of that!
In January 2021, another audit will be performed for our annual SOC2 report for 2020. It is expected that we will be able to send this report back to our relations in February 2021.
We are convinced that this will prepare us well for our future and that of our relations.
