"A former colleague of mine told me that MCX was looking for new employees. He put me in touch with the company and after pleasant conversations I started my job here."

I had already worked with PeopleSoft, but MCX provides much more customization. That means I can now really go in-depth with this application, which in turn is very good for my knowledge development. Something that gives me great joy.

The work here is very varied and challenging. No day is the same so never a dull moment. You also get enough (personal) space if you need it privately, for example.

I feel very comfortable at MCX. Meeting my colleagues at MCX was a very nice experience. People took good care of me here and my joining the company was therefore very pleasant. I also feel free to practice my Dutch in conversations with colleagues. I used to feel like a small fish in a big sea and now I feel like a big fish in a small sea.

To you I can advise: 'Come and work at MCX!' If you already have experience, you will be able to unleash this here while also making "the MCX way" of working your own. If you have no experience yet, you will learn by listening to colleagues in order to invest in your developing.

My goal is to become a very good techie, and to master the Dutch language even better. So MCX is the right place for me!
